At First Baptist we understand life can be tough. From getting kids to practices, balancing meetings at work, family life at home, to taking care of parents at elderly ages, the list goes on and on. Jesus never intended for us to live our lives swamped and bogged down. The Adult ministry at First Baptist allows you to live life with and be encouraged by other believers in the same boat as you find yourself in now. We would like to invite you to be with us this Sunday!

 

Sunday              

Sunday School     9:30am

     In our Sunday School class we dive deeper into the Bible and the application we can take from it in our lives. We enjoy fellowship together and have various activities throughout the year together to help bond our class in living life together for Jesus. 

 

Community Groups       6:00pm

     Life is better in circles than in rows. Small Groups allow us to break the trend of attending church for years and yet never building real relationships with others we come in contact with each week. We meet in the homes of Small Group leaders on Sunday nights to connect on a whole new level. We encourage people to invite their friends, neighbors and coworkers to join us at Small Groups to build relationships within a non-church building setting in an effort to share Jesus with them. If you've never been a part of a Small Group, you won't regret checking them out!

Wednesday Evenings        

 Bible Study    7:00pm

    Wednesday nights we have a group that meets in the auditorium for in depth prayer time and Bible study. We also have a Men's and Ladies Bible Studies offered in separated classrooms. This is a great way to refresh in the middle of the long week, with other believers and God.
